Preparation Before Starting the Three-Station Thermoforming Machine

Preparation
1. Before the thermoforming equipment need to watch the installation and operation video in detail
2.  Be sure to turn off the power when you carry out wiring and maintenance operations.
3. To prevent accidents and electric shock caused by loss of control of the Thermoforming Machine during operation, please be sure to switch off the power before carrying out the work.
4. Connect the automatic loading device, conveyor belt signal line and power supply according to standards.
5. Comply with relevant standards, regulations, accident prevention regulations and wiring specifications of the local power company.   Input the correct power supply to avoid damage to the drive and danger. Note: Connection to the power supply must be made by qualified personnel.
6. Connect the cold water system and the air pressure system.
7. Check whether the air pressure reaches >0.6Mpa.

Maintenance
1. Regularly add lubrication to the transmission parts of the machine (such as bearings and slide rails) every month (please use high temperature resistant lubricant).
2. Keep the Air Pressure Thermoforming Machine clean at all times, before and after each use, wipe the machine with a cotton cloth to keep it clean.
3. Regularly check the gear oil of the reducer every year to see if it needs to be refilled or replaced.
4. Regularly check whether the level of the electric grease lubrication pump oil tank is suitable to add grease (0#), the temperature of the oil tank fluid should not exceed 60ºC when in use, and take appropriate measures to cool down if necessary.
