  • The machine features a stabilized welded frame constructed with 100mm×100mm standard square tubes; the mold is made of cast steel, and the upper mold is fixed by nuts, which is wear-resistant and easy to maintain.
  • The mold opening and closing mechanism is driven by eccentric gear linkage with American KALK speed reducer, HRB bearing spindle and servo motor, which ensures smooth operation and efficient and precise power transmission.

 

2. Components and Automation

  • Servo drive system: The feeding and stretching devices are controlled by Siemens servo, which improves the precision of feeding and consistency of stretching and molding.
  • Pneumatic components: The main pneumatic components are selected from SMC brand of Japan with high reliability; the top cup action is accurately controlled by AirTAC cylinder from Taiwan to ensure stable demolding of the finished products.

 

3. Heating and Cooling

  • The heating system adopts ceramic far-infrared heater and stainless steel upper and lower heating furnace, with good temperature uniformity, energy saving and high efficiency; the electric heating furnace is equipped with Taiwan Hiwin guide rail, supporting horizontal and vertical free movement, which is convenient for operation and adjustment.
  • The track adopts fully closed structure, integrated cooling device, and manually adjustable sheet width to meet different specifications of production needs.

 

4. Lubrication and Filtration

  • Equipped with full-automatic lubrication device to reduce mechanical wear and tear; air filtration adopts triple design with adjustable airflow for blowing cups to ensure clean production environment and reduce raw material pollution.
